Sales Advisor, North Baddesley, Hampshire:
Our supporting agents, Michael Rhodes, are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team as the face of Morrish Homes. As the face of the company, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while guiding prospective and existing customers through the home buying process. You will be responsible for ensuring the development is presented to the highest standard, assisting customers with their enquiries, and helping them make informed decisions about purchasing their new home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective and existing customers, providing information about the properties and specifications.
- Guide customers through the buying process, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Offer excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain the highest standard of presentation for the development, including show homes and sales offices.
- Keep up to date with property market trends, product specifications, and company offerings.
- Provide regular updates to customers about the status of their purchase and any changes or developments.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience and track record in new homes sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
- The ability to work independently and the ability to self-manage.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Holds full driving licence and have use of a vehicle for business travel.
- This role requires Tuesday to Saturday hours.
