Luzborough is the first of the three developments to be built by The Ashfield Partnership. It proved popular from launch, with a good level of reservations taken off plan. While the site doesn't incorporate workspace, it is situated close to the Abbey Park employment area, The Mountbatten School and The Luzborough House pub.
