The Government has issued clear guidance whereby sites which comply with the Construction Leadership Council's Standard Operating Procedures, should continue to operate. Morrish Homes is keen to support the Government in meeting this objective.

The health, safety and wellbeing of the public, our employees and sub-contractors must remain our top priority. We will not therefore recommence construction operations until we are satisfied that it is safe to do so.
We have developed and tested a range of new site protocols to enable work to recommence. In the period from 24th March 2020, we have been working closely with our home-based colleagues, sub-contractors, and suppliers, whilst ensuring that the necessary social distancing restrictions can be strictly enforced.
These new measures are fully compliant with UK Government and Construction Leadership Council guidance.
Morrish Homes is therefore announcing that it will begin a phased re-opening of its construction sites today, with sub-contractor and site operatives returning from Wednesday 29th April. This will enable us to support our customers by completing the construction of our new Morrish homes in a safe and responsible manner.
Our Head Office and Sales Centres will remain closed for the time being as the majority of staff continue to work remotely from home. Morrish Homes are however, committed to providing the same personal and professional assistance to our customers during this difficult period. We are still very much open for business.
Despite our Customer Services Team being able to respond to emergency call outs, we have regrettably, still suspended routine customer services visits until further notice.
