Don't miss out on buying new
Great news, you can still benefit from the current Help to Buy scheme as the government has announced it is to be extended. The deadline for new build homes to be built in order to comply with the equity loan scheme has been moved to next year, meaning you don't have to miss out on buying a new home.
Previously, new homes would have needed to be built by the end of December this year – the new deadline is now 28 February 2021. The deadline for the legal completion of the sale will still remain as 31 March 2021.
