Back in March 2021, we were delighted to announce our support for Poole Speedway, home of the iconic Poole Pirates. After a great year (made even more special by the fact that it marked the return of the Pirates after the cancellation of the 2020 season), we are excited to say that we will be continuing our relationship with the sporting brand.
After beating Leicester in the 2021 semi-finals, the Pirates took on Glasgow in the final. Shortly afterwards, they won the division two Knockout Cup for the third time in their history, and then completed the league and cup double. After this tremendous success, we are excited to see what the 2022 season brings.
The new season is nearly upon us, and our Associate Director, Tim Bishop, says: “Morrish Homes couldn't be happier to carry on with their support for Poole Speedway. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, they continue to go from strength to strength – we're delighted to be a part of their journey.”
Pirates' promoter Dan Ford adds: "We are so happy to be keeping Morrish Homes as a valuable member of our partnership portfolio. Our association with Morrish has been going from strength to strength and it has been great to see a large turn-out of Morrish staff and guests and they all seemed to really get behind the team from the word go and I want to thank them for their continued support.”
"They are a great company for us to be associated with and their reputation as developers of premium homes in the area speaks for itself, and I consider it to be a true honour for the club to be associated with such a prestigious company”
