Kelly has primarily worked in male orientated industries, having previously spent several years as a specialist spray plasterer and feels that having ‘on the tools’ knowledge and understanding are valuable skills as her career continues to develop in site management.
She’s a proud advocate of women working in construction, saying it offers diversity in the workplace and that women bring with them a different skill set to that of their male counterparts.
She’s very much a team player, is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and in her spare time likes to kayak, paddleboard and has a particular passion for painting landscapes.

Kelly is already having a great impact on site and we are looking forward to seeing her progress in her career at Morrish Homes.
