The event will take place at West Hill Village Hall, Oak Hall, Beech Park, EX11 1UQ on Friday 10 September from 4.30pm until 8pm. Members of the project team will be on hand to answer questions, local residents are encouraged to provide feedback and share their views.
How to provide feedback
Feedback forms will be provided on the day which can be submitted at the event or sent in by Freepost address at a later date. Now that Covid restrictions have been lifted by the Government we are confident that the event can be held safely, however, face masks may be worn by the team and hand sanitiser will be available for all to use. The consultation leaflet uploaded to this page will be distributed in the local area, providing initial information on the draft plans and ways to get in touch with the project team.
