Following further guidance from the Government, Morrish Homes are planning the re-opening of their sales centres in Poundbury, Dorchester and Nansledan, Newquay as soon as it is safe to do so. Our sales advisors continue to work remotely for the time being and will be pleased to offer their professional assistance until we have confirmed dates for the re-opening of our sales offices.
Morrish Homes announced a phased recommencement of all construction sites from 27th April with our sub-contractors and site operatives.
The health, safety and wellbeing of the public, our employees and sub-contractors will continue to remain our major priority, and as we look to re-open our sales offices, we will ensure that the necessary social distancing measures can be strictly enforced and adhered to at all times.
In addition, Morrish Homes is in discussion with our appointed agents for our Luzborough Green, Romsey and Oakwood, Chard developments in order that we can follow the same Government protocol for viewing our show homes and new properties where we do not have an on-site sales presence.
